Yesssssss, I love this so much! Thank you :D

So I bought this for the Playdate and loved it, but my husband wanted to play the NES version instead of on my Playdate. Do I need to purchase again to obtain that version?

I was trying to figure out how to donate as well, so I ended up choosing the "name your price" option on their other app here! https://bobbykaz.itch.io/play-timer

First of all, I just want you to know this is the only way I play this game for quite awhile and love this version immensely!

Second of all, is there a way I can donate for your work? I'm not too familiar with itch.io outside of playdate stuff so I apologize if that's a dumb question.

Thirdly, if we could do one step further and make this an archival shuffle mode of all previous days' words where you could just endlessly play, that would be amazing

I want to say it took me about 3 hours? Maybe 4. I honestly was too busy having fun to keep track xD

I picked this up yesterday with no knowledge of the project, it just looked cute. Well I sat down and beat all 100 levels in a single sitting lol

Great game! Neat mechanics, the story is cute and to the point, and the music is AMAZING. Definitely pick this up. Easily in the same quality level of official Season 1 titles.

Awesome, it works wonderfully! Thank you for taking the time to add that. Also just wanted to mention that the "use motion sensor" option for screen orientation flips the screen when you turn the device, but flips the screen upside down. I think it's detecting the opposite turn direction.

Hi there, thanks for getting back to me! I like the wall contact behavior of fast and slow, but the problem is that even fast isn't fast enough. On my Playdate, cranking quickly, it still takes about 4 rotations of the crank to get from one side to the other.  "abs" allows speed to feel much better, but keeps going. If I could have the movement speed of abs and it stop at the walls, that would effectively make it perfect to me. Maybe a sensitivity bar for non abs would be a good idea rather than fast/slow?

First off, this is a really cool experience to have on the Playdate, but secondly I was wondering if it would be possible to have an option to stop the paddle if you hit a wall instead of further cranking then reversing your motion?

I love this! Really great for small bursts of pick up and play and the classes all are unique enough to mix things up. If I can make a suggestion though, would it be possible to make your character flash at the start of a level or something on those lines? It can be kindof hard to initially find your character as you get further in and lots more enemies are around.

I love this, but could we perhaps make it where you cannot die on the first square? Lol

This game is cute and to the point. Just the kind of thing I want on the Playdate!

I did figure out a way to break stage blocks that would then lose permanence though by moving into single square spaces with a bubble and releasing when I couldn't fit and I couldn't tell if that was a bug or not.

Before I say much more, I loved this game. It's probably the best game on the Playdate tbh. Absolutely worth the 10 USD. That said, I have few bits of feedback to give:

- It'd be nice if there were more details on the plants via some menu of some kind (i.e. how long it takes to grow, maybe some fun facts about the flower)

- The end of the story feels very rushed. The story flow was fine and the story itself is great, but then at the end it is like everything is in a panic to bring things to resolution

- I wish there was a bit more to the flowering process. I realize doing mini games per flower would quickly become tedious, but a thought I had was maybe a flower of importance or maybe of more monetary value where you take care of that one more interactively than the others. Like a crank watering mini game where you have to give the right amount of water, or adjust its position to get in the sunlight better, something on those lines?

Regardless though, this game has had me checking on my Playdate for a solid week now begging for more of this game. Thanks to the devs for all their hard work!

I'm not sure if this counts as a bug or not, but if you kill yourself after you win, the game starts over with no music. Just figured I'd mention it lol
