I like the way you think, but ultimately, whatever solution is adopted needs to be user friendly enough for the average joe to use it.  Also I'm a little too preoccupied right now to even imagine being part of an initiative to create a new payment method for NSFW artiest.  Best I can do is offer my best wishes.

Thankfully getting funding is not a life or death situation as I still have the day job.  SubscribeStar seems to still be a reliable alternative (for now) as The Arcadean (Author of Corrupted Kingdoms) managed to get most of their supporters to migrate there after getting shut down on Patreon.  I suspect Pixiv is probably going to have another solution before anyone else, but who knows.

This whole journey has been an interesting learning experience for me.  I never realized and took it for granted, but NSFW artiest don't ever seem to get a break.

From crazy hypocrites, to the people of faith who are very much against sensationalizing boobs (even of the fictitious illustrated kind), to outright sanctions pushed by governments and payment processors, there are definitely hurdles to overcome.  I'm beginning to realize why most people good at game dev stick to SFW, and why we only usually see high quality NSFW games come only out of Japan (where NSFW content is generally respected or at minimum, tolerated).

Regardless, I'm still working to get the next release out and push it to itch.  The worse that happens is this game goes on hiatus and I start working on the farming sim that this project is based off of.  If things improve I can always go back to this game and make the NSFW portion of the farming sim.

Anyway, sorry for the wall-o-text.  Suffice to say I have a lot on my mind.

Who the heck did you manage to piss off to get banned not only on Steam, but Itch as well?

I was listing to Rev over at

and the whole situation sounds ridiculous to me.

I'm sorry for what happened to you.

Just a heads up.  Not sure if you're still following or are still interested in this project, but I finally released an android version.

I left more details in my latest dev log.

Really appreciate the offer, but this is sort of a mountain I want to try climb on my own.  At least for now.

I have ambitions to make games for a living eventually, and this project is more or less my personal obstacle course.

Again, thanks for your offer and interest in this project.

lol same here.  I'm guessing they want constant updated feedback.

As for your notepad comment, I got the impression that this was for tools in general and not limited to just IDE's.

Godot 3, but I will switch to 4 when it becomes more stable and they add things like the performance monitor.

For artwork I typically use Blender.  I use GIMP usually for editing and to make tilesets, sometimes I'll make textures entirely in it too.

Thanks for the feedback!

I'll see about making ports for Android and probably Mac as well when I release the next build.

Theoretically it shouldn't be that difficult to export to those platforms, but I've been doing dev long enough not to pull a Sean Murray.

As for testing and making sure they work properly, that will have to be done by volunteers.  I don't really want to spend money on new hardware right now.

Do you mean an Android build?

I should be able to make one, but I don't own an Android device that I could run and test it on, so the end user would have to do the play testing.

If you're interested in a build for a different OS let me know.  Although I have only built for Windows and Linux, Godot seems to support porting to a wide variety of OS's.

Probably not.

But I may add certain exceptions for creatures like Angels where the lore typically supports that kind of concept.

Of course this would be an option that the player could disable and enable as I know that some people just don't like it.

But ya, futa won't be a main focus with this project.  I'm kind of a vanilla type of person, so a lot of the stuff that I will likely be going for won't appeal to more elaborate taste.

Sorry to disappoint.

Who knows.  Steam suspended my account for liking a couple of reviews that had a link to an official decensor patch.

The reviews were posted nearly 3 years ago, so I'm going to assume that's when I gave the likes.  According to Steam this is considered recent.

So ya, I wouldn't be surprised if they just suddenly decided that the game was too adult for their taste....

Main dev quit unfortunately.

You have to wait a while, he doesn't even have a full version yet(to the best of my knowledge).

The dev is trying to get the prologue onto Steam.  I imagine that he will post it here too when that happens.

I know from personal experience that making a game is a very laborious task.  Depending on the work done, 4+ years is really nothing when building a game by yourself.  And I'm pretty sure that he has released more than one update for Patreons since posting this demo.

With that said, I'll admit that from the progress I've seen so far, the current releases are pretty underwhelming given the time he has used and the funds available to him.

I'll be saving my judgment for when (if) the final build is released.  He could be making progress and assets that we haven't seen yet, and would account for the time taken.
