itch.io

I've been waiting 27 days now for a payout of over $1300 - and I need that to pay bills!  Typically payouts take maybe two weeks.  I've been a creator on itchio for a year now and still having staff do manual payouts for creators who have been on your platform, have had tax IDs confirmed, and successful payouts in the past is ridiculous.

oh my goodness *facepalm* Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  I will work on getting the files replaced ASAP - please consider the ones you got as an apology for my slip up - the year 14 files should be available here in just a few minutes after I get them replaced. 

*facepalm* omg thank you for bringing this to my attention.  itchio leaves a tickbox checked to disable new purchases as a default and I had missed unchecking it.

I have been using Payoneer as my payout method - and I also just received tax documents for the same sales from both Payoneer and Itch.io - making it look like I've doubled the income/earnings.  What do we do in this case?!

Hello!  I just had my first (great!) year on itch.io using Payoneer as a payout method.  HOWEVER - I received a 1099 tax form from BOTH itch.io and Payoneer - which makes it look to the IRS like I got paid double.  What do I do?  Can itch.io send a revised 1099 to reflect that I was not receiving the money directly from them?

I'm not sure if itchio does automatic currency conversion or not - depending on your payment methods perhaps?  If it doesn't let you, drop me an email and we can discuss other methods to contribute :)
