I got stuck in the browser version -- but I think the menus were borked in it. I picked up that dusty scroll, but couldn't read it in the pause screen or anything because there was a weird zoom-in where I couldn't see anything when I hit pause. Or something! I'd bet there was a puzzle or something, but I couldn't figure it out... 

Also, Marina died twice. The hatch didn't vanish after I interacted with it, so we fought Juan twice.

It WAS pretty spooky and I liked it! I just don't think it was working as intended for me :(

I went back and beat this last night. This little game punched above its weight. But I am super partial to visual novels. Very good work!

• Firstly 0 ratings as of typing this?! Crazy! It cute!
• Cute noises
• Interacting with the oil lamp makes it take a step lol -- don't forget to get rid of that in future games!
• Does "done for today" mean I placed the flowers? Hope so! No art changed...
• I went back but then I didn't sleep or anything. Is it day 2 now?
• Why does the Gameover music go so hard? 🤣🤣🤣
• Day 3 and I've died twice uh oh...
• The growing depression in the mirror is a great touch
• The way you've done the stealth is simple, but that makes it clear and easy to play. My biggest problem with most stealth games is that they make things too complicated and obfuscate important info. This doesn't play around and the difficulty scale feels correct.
• The final sequence started scary but eas a little too long once I realized nothing bad was gonna happen. If it'd be shorter, I woulda been terrified I was gonna mess it up.

However, this seems like your first game and if so, this is AN INCREDIBLE first outing. You knew what you could do and stuck to it! You have a ton if typos tho, so get someone to help you with your grammar and spelling. Otherwise, this is great. Looking forward to your next one!

This seems like a pretty cute start to something bigger! Woulda liked to see an ending and the controls are jank for me, but it's cute and I wanna know what happens in the story! Music is banger also.

Okay, random encounter systems like this are in video games to teach you have to manage your resources as you push further and further away from safety. But because there is no healing in this, there is no safety. So what are we even doing here with this design decision?  Do we just have random encounters cuz "this is RPGmaker so I need them?" Please consider what you're actually designing when you make stuff. You don't have to just use every tool in your tool box cuz it exists.

I apologize that this is harsh. The art and music is good -- and so I really wanted to immerse myself in a game that matched that quality. But I didn't get to do so. Maybe the story was also cute. I wish I got to see it -- but I was too busy dying.

The entire time, I was extremely flummuxed by what the general vibe of this game was intended to be. Was it cozy? Was it quirky? Was it hardcore? Why did the mechanics interact with the aesthetics in the way that they did?

I imagine the reason the game is like this is 90% because of the production timeline -- and for that, I have empathy. I hope to see either this game get polished up or another game with a less hectic production schedule from you in the future, because it's clear that you have a passion for making things -- but this game in its current state is not to my taste, and I was very hopeful it would be.

Sorry to re-open this but I seem to be having a similar issue with text appearing/dragging so this might be a bug? The same fix even worked for me (moving the script from a common event to a world event made the text appear).  The thing is: I DEFINITELY need to have the text editable in a common event (I'm trying to do basically make a custom inventory).

Hi! There are no tools IN THE GAME to allow it to be played solo HOWEVER, I think with the help of an external oracle system of some kind, it would not be impossible. Especially an oracle system with a focus on character motivations and non-combat actions!

I am currently using it to run a stock system on the side of my Pathfinder game! But even when my players don't invest in it, I am able to run all my competing factions pretty easily. That being said, I'm pretty good at and find it interesting to keep track of like 15 different leaders' goals -- which may or may not be interesting to you.
