Is there hope yet for updates?

Yeah, I can see the love put in the NSFW part, it is quite enjoyable. Also, the ability to choose how to deal with each character is nice. Now, about the management and battle, they are kinda fine as of now, if not a bit redundant. If it was up to me, I'd add a bit more of variety in both. For instance, if the player has conquered Daoyuen, they'd have access to a war rhino special unit or something like that. And if the player conquers a mountainous region, they'd be able to spend x amount of rocks to build roads (decreasing time necessary for army to move and increasing gold acquisition thanks to faster trade routes), or a region rich in minerals so they could upgrade the army's damage, and so on. No need to add new UI or anything complicated, just some bonuses and random event so the game doesn't feel boring between scenes

Just played for some hours and I liked what I saw. There are a ton of rough edges, but this is a game in development, so that's obvious. the thing that stood out the most for me was how the management and battle mechanics are still a bit behind in quality, mainly compared to the rest of the game, but I'm sure they'll get better with time.

Anyway, if the game sells well, I'm sure we'll have a masterpiece in no time

I see, thankfully there will be much more

Since nobody did it, I'll do it myself:

Take me down to the Paradise City

Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty

Oh, won't you, please, take me home?

Wait, by what I understand from the frequency of updates, version 1.0 will be released around October (+/- 1 month), so ver. 1.0 is not going to be the final version?

Finally we'll be able to have businesses of our own. I hope most (if not all) areas will also have at least one slot too, like being able to create a school in white haven for children, or maybe a farm or something in the rural areas

Your PC -> Users -> [username] -> AppData -> Roaming -> RenPy -> Monster Girl Dreams -> [delete your saves]

If you can't find AppData, just just turn on View Hidden Folders in your navigator. The process above is for windows

Season 2 will be posted here or in a new page?

I hope there'll be at least one pregnancy route by the end of the game. I'm sure Bramon could create a fertility serum through a monster similar to the one that infects Angeline

Just remember that Shopkeeper asked for water in exchange for the rings

I'm sure it'll do well. There's no way people won't recognize the effort you all put into it. I'm looking forward to future games

I'm anxious for the Steam release. I'll buy this game and any DLCs. "Great work" wouldn't make justice to just how good this game is

Is there a bug in proceeding Caitlin's quest from 4 to 5? Nothing that I do seems to activate any dialog. I've tried giving her free time, dismissing her, clearing all jobs and stable, and etc.

Also her clinic POI doesn't appear when I dismiss her (hapiness 100, affection: loving).

Better Time Progression?

Please add a "Progress x days" key. Having the ability to settle on a routine (MC does x, y, z, conclude day) would also be great. For instance:

Lets say I want to work at the Academy, go back home and train ranged weapon skill, then sleep. I want to follow this routine until my skill gets to a decent level. I settle this routine, then press a "Progress 1 week" or "Progress 1 month", etc, and get the results of all the days. If the routine thing is too complicated, at least having the option to choose an activity, like with the slaves, and keeping progressing time would be awesome.

About 3. I agree that simple stat boosts would be far from a solution, now one or two unique skills would be nice, specially if they're obtained through character quests.

Yeah, there are a lot of quests to do, but they're mostly battle, conversation, or fetch quests. One can simply spam time to get everything, including EXP, and do the quests easily. There's no pressure like there was with the loan quest, the game becomes trivial. I know many dislike the Loan and just want the characters, but I would still like to see a quest like the Loan in Arcs I and II in Hard Mode. For me, having to pay my debts while also leveling up and doing quests was the best part of the game, it was a fun challenge (then again, I think the challenge being restricted to hard mode was a good idea and new Loan like quests should also be limited to harm mode).

Just played the most recent version and a few things stood out:

  1.   Character's and mods' name bugs
  2.   Background flickering to main menu screen after animation ends
  3.   Unique characters don't feel unique outside their quests and scenes
  4.   After Loan quest ends, the game feels a bit empty
  5.   The Battles feel repetitive

The first point is straightforward. Sometimes the JSON tag CHARNAME appears with the character's name. This also happened with the modifications available in the Slave Market menu. It's a simple, yet painful to solve given the amount of text (I know first-hand), bug.

The second bug is again straightforward. When the background animation ends, the background quickly flickers to the main menu screen (which appears to also be running for some reason) before the BC animation starts again. I know one can turn the animations of, which will probably solve the bug, but I like the animations in the background. A nice addition when compared to Strive for Power, and one we may hopefully see in the ero scenes in the future.

I know this may be my personal feeling only, but the unique characters barely seem unique outside their quests. Zephira, Anastasia, and the MC have unique classes that actually provides unique bonuses, so I reckon it would be nice to see it with the others. I'd also suggest allowing the development of said classes through EXP. For instance, Zephira receives a divine quest from Alios and, upon completing the quest, the player has the option to expend exp on an evolution of her unique class. Cali could have a Champion class (which further improves her sword) and Daisy could either have an improved Sex Toy class or a Lover class or similar.

The fourth point is the most "personal feeling" of the five. After playing Strive for Power, my main critique of that game was that one simply needed to farm money in the beginning of the game before having an easy time with all the quests. Only the Dragon's nest felt like a real challenge, even with the best equipment and characters in the game. Having to, in Strive: Conquest, pay a loan gives the player a huge incentive to explore the game and find new ways to either strengthen your party, or get more money to pay the debt. I played in hard mode from the beginning, and it was a good challenge, but after I payed the bank, the game again felt empty, my only objective being upgrade the household, the characters, and doing quests.

I suggest having a weekly (or at least  between two and two weeks or something) objective. In the prologue, that'd be the Loan; in the Arc I, the landlords could be required to support the city's war effort through any ways possible (weapons, tools, food, battles participated, potions, armour, wood and stone, anything that can be produced). I haven't played Act II yet, but an objective would feel nice.

The fifth point again is straightforward, and a bit personal too. The battles feel like the same after the first time you face an opponent. The locations making a difference beyond enemy type and strength could solve the problem. This is a low priority problem, though.

Anyway, I'm hugely satisfied with the game. It's far better than Strive for Power, which was already a good game.

Edit: Probably something that was already considered in the development, but when it comes to checks in the gameplay, I think it would be better if the game used the stats instead of the factors. For instance, when recruiting Anastasia, even if the MC has maxed charm and chooses all the correct options, if charm factor is below three or four, you'll fail.

Just came to download act I 12 minutes after act II v 0.9 came out. The Goddess of Luck upon me

Someone has been playing a little too much TiTS and CoC2, and it's not (only) me haha.

Jokes aside, please consider a tutorial, mainly for the administration and stats. They're really confusing for new players. other than that, fantastic work.

Something that came to mind with this update:

Considering that Jeanne, Varea, and Palasha can (and probably will) get pregnant, will the pregnancy(ies) result in events once the time skip is available? It would be funny to have the three arriving at the castle with the news at the same time.

Also, about pregnancies, a daycare building project, where most of Ryen's children could be found and/or be kept safe would be nice

Finish everything first is my opinion. Better to have the two systems at once

There are not enough uses of money. I became rich and can't spend it with anything other than clothes and a bed

There's a parallel profile that is also distributing this game here. The game's file has a trojan, though.

Honestly, the best part of this game is the cast of characters. They are all really well written and their development is great. Having a SFW version of the game would be nice for sharing the game with people who don't like hentai games

Anyone else having performance issues?

Thanks, 105h of game saved

I'm not willing to re-play 102 hours of content for a scene whose requirement makes me feel unconfortable. The guy from the onsen deserved much worse than a punch, and as i said, I care not about the scene itself. I just wanted to progress in the fox sisters story

I hope there will be a way to help them make up in the future without the hot springs, then. I punched that creep with 30 hours of game or so, and now I have 102 hours and am finishing all content.

Pardon the inconvenience, but is there, or will there be a way to help Naomi and Shanna make up that does not require the hot spring event? I sincerely do not care about the hot spring scene itself, and do not regret punching that guy. I just want to progress in Naomi's storyline.
