A short SCP horror game made for a 3 week game jam!
Yeah, that totally went over my head.
I'll make sure to delete excessive promotion comments from now on. Thank you for telling me.
I have no problem with content creators promoting their work, nonetheless I encourage them, but that should be done reasonably and not trough spam.
Hope you have a nice day!
Yep, there is a second die in the other shower that is showing 3.
I saw some players as well thinking that the passcode was the grafitti in the tapes, sadly I couldn't do much because the whole location where I filmed was covered with them.
Remember the Cultists are very sentimental to the tapes, that's why the date is important for them.
The puzzles are tricky so you have to be quite observant to figure them out.
The note in the cupboard says: "Table, Showers, Counter", that is the order of the combination based on the number showing on the dice. Notice that Table and Counter are singular, while Showers are plural, in fact there are two shower rooms in the Hotel! Each one has a die in it. So combining the two dies in each showers gets you to the number of 7.
As for the 3 digit code for the pad on the door, the instruction says: "It's in the tapes X.XX", and it's true the combination is present in all the tapes (notice how it says "tapes", not "tape", so it's present in all of them. It was the date on the tapes, which corelates to the X.XX, that is the format as the date is shown 7.30 or July 30th.
It's quite tricky to make the puzzles universal for all types of players, as some players have given me reviews that the puzzles are too simple, and others that they are too difficult, and then some said they were optimal.
Though, personally I am aware they are on the higher difficulty scale.
Hope I answered your question, sorry for the anger that my game caused you xD
