Thank you so much!
Going to add different solutions support for the order of components (for some like 3=1+2=2+1 it's already here I overlooked the 20 case).
I also studied British spelling, but decided to select the American one to use less letters on the screen (also to spell the numbers bigger than 100 without "and"s)
Happy 100 * 20 + 30 - 4 !
Thank you so much for playing and such a detailed feedback! I keep adding features into the game, fixing bugs and rebalancing. I'll explain how did I get to the current state of the game (apart from spelling :D) and will think of improvements.
- Forest appears once you complete the fifth house. Now I see how this might frustrate the player. BTW, if you have an automated bricks production, you can close the game entirely, and when you open the game the next day the new mouses most likely will be built
- One you build Library, it will give instant invention points after our restart. Bank will do the same for money. Now I think to add something like a "Touristic center" which will do the same for population
- Once you build a bridge tot he far bank of the rive, you can place a weather station there, which will generate invention points automatically. It can be boosted by a cat who lives nearby. Also, if you are away from the game for some time and return to it, the first click on the inventor will produce more science points.
- Yes, it's for vegetables, but when you unlock new fields, like, lavender or sunflower, the worker price for them will reset
Have fun!
Wow, I'm incredibly thankful for such a detailed feedback!
Really happy that you liked the game and indeed, there are many plans in the TODO-list. For something quick - could you please check the RAM usage of the version 1.5.0 which I released this Sunday? It seems like I found a possibility for optimization :)
Yes, in the beginning of the game, when population grows by 1, workforce will also grow by one. But then on one of the streams the players suggested to add an upgrade, which would increase workforce growth. So, if you have workforce growth of 1.2, then when your population grows by 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, ... the workforce will grow by 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1,...
Thank you so much for such a detailed feedback! Happy that you liked the game :) Why I didn't reset the tasks when the game is reset is because I thought of tasks like "have x prestige of type" or "restart N times". But I think I found a solution: when the game restarts I'll just allow a manual task discard immediately. Also will look at the rewards and requirements rebalansing
Thank you very much for the report! I'll reach out to the development tools provider to find out the reason. Could you please check, if the same issue happens with my other game, which was built with older development tool: https://airapport.itch.io/steampunk-idle-spinner
Now it is! Here is the announcement: https://www.airapport.com/2024/04/farm-and-mine-goes-fully-cross-platform.html
Six years ago I decided to start a quick game jam for myself to try an idea of a game where the player would connect and rotate cogwheels. This had turned into Steampunk Idle Spinner game.
I keep updating the game and this week I added new machines and made interface and tutorial adjustments.
Please, try the update, I hope you will like it!
The game is available on:
Well, yes, it was a gamejam entry for serious games. You had to combine vinegar with soda, and see that a match put to it gets extenguished.
We have a fantasy Transmutation game, it has 20 elements and world-building: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.com.airapport.transmutation
