Over the last 2 months I have been contacted three times with emails telling me my tax information is invalid and I must retake the tax interview. Each time, I responded asking for further instruction---ie, a link to let me retake the tax interview. But all this did was open support tickets (46722, 46857, and 47061) that never received any response. 

I emailed support@itch.io directly and they said "Your request (308181) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." but this was 12 days ago and I've still not received any updates or response.

thank you sm for this comment ! i also wish we were able to add more / make the game longer, but unfortunately we ran out of time, such is the nature of game jams as im sure you know ^_^'

as for the endings, i wanted to leave it purposely ambiguous, i dont rly see either one as the ultimate "good" or "bad" ending. i think its up to the player and their own moral compass / personal interpretation. i personally also prefer the circus ending, but i know my teammates preferred the other one haha

Ari has another attack that is more offensive and that one is programmed to trigger most often, so i guess you just had weird rng haha ! thanks for playing tho :D

yes the game over theme is supposed to loop at the end. thank you for the comment!

haha yeah it is essentially 5/4 but i wanted to group the 8th notes in a very specific way and musescore was being a little strange when i tried to write it in 5/4 so i settled on 6/8 + 4/8 instead :")
