I think maybe both devs used same model of map or software to create the game . It's common to find similarities in building models or other things . These games aren't connected if you are thinking that way . You can also found similarities in My Bully is My Lover like Thanatos house at the end of 0.5 .
Yup, once you play a couple of AVNs you'll notice the asset reuse among them. It's locations, music and even characters sometimes (not counting cameos, of course).
