Okay, there might be an issue with your antivirus interfering with the runtime. Try adding the game to an exception list. Rest assured, the game does not contain any malware. Good old Win 11 .. Click on "more info" if using defender and it will pop open another screen and click on "run anyway" ... It is asking permission to run file .. Window 11 is worse than Win10 and I have to do That to run some files that I Know are fine .. Basically, it's unknown artist or program issue.
