Pretty good idea for a puzzle game.  It was hard to see the icons and the numbers, those should have been bigger and more clearly separated from the background.

I think the timer made the game frustrating more than it added to the game.  Resource management games are all about planning and thinking, so either making it turn based or adding a pause button would have made more sense.

Not sure if it's a bug, but I couldn't get pieces to rotate either.
