Hey, sorry I haven't given more feedback, been too busy to play the version you sent last but are the diapers in the Hospital Bridge still blocked off after completing the Hospital or did you implement a way to open the doors?
You can type in the following command in the debug console : questbool MedicalDiaperUnlocked
This will unlock the package.
I still think it'd be a good idea to implement a way to "legitimately" get it even if you missed it the first time.
