That is what I was using to manage it, I tried the re-install feature in app and nothin changed

When I went through this, it would give me the pa07_0011 folder, which I had to place in the game's directory. You may have other folders under a similar name. Usually pa[number]_[number.] If you have any other folders like this in your votv folder, delete it until the pa07_0011 folder is the only one in it.
