I've been having the same bug where the game freezes mid dialogue after doing the futanari route with Maria without being able to continue so forcing a reset and even after resetting and trying again the same thing happens.
It might be a temporary solution, but if you change her dialogue back to the old english style (assuming you changed it to modern english), it may bypass the freeze
