Just formally CC0 means public domain it means it allows anything even AI. Yeah, NFT is something like the thing for what you need to have rights and etc and is shortly described as scam... But CC0 allows AI training... SO it is inconsistency

Shortly answering the question: no. And free-culture community will regret it with a very big chance (~95%) because the main point is to share without restrictions although there are CC-BY-NC and CC-BY-ND

Got you, so it is either one or the other. Well, rather keep it CC0 then and just leave a note kindly asking people to not use for such ends, but they are not prohibited of doing so.
