Hey so i really want to play your game but in confused on what it means by find shelter because all the buildings ive expolered dont count so may i have so help please

Sorry, did you play the game and you were not able to interact with anything or you have not played the game and you are just asking what Shelter means? Either way, if there is an issue, let me know. There are only 3 buildings you can go inside - Grocery, Gas Station and Complex factory building, which has fences all over, thus it is safe there and it has a door inside. That's about it.
As for the word "Shelter" - it means a temporary place where you have protection from something, safe place.
