What you say about the zip code catches my attention, from what I understand, the zip code is requested by the company that manages your card as part of the verification and not by Itch.
Check with the company where you have the card and check that the charge is indeed valid, it is possible that the charge has been rejected on your card and although it appears charged, this is usually only temporary, since the transaction was never approved.
