I like the variety of environments, the introduction, fair checkpoints, clarity of where to go without being too in your face and there is a decent bit of creep factor in some areas.
My suggestions would be to make some areas feel a bit more natural (the opening apartment for instance is huge and just doesn't feel quite right), bridge the gap between scenes a bit better (the transition from Chapter 2 to 3 was jarring. What brought me to the next area?) and clean up the AI a bit (You can't really hide and enemies can get stuck on objects).
