Great work on making a 2.5D game in Godot. For an engine that's supposedly the best at 2D games, it's a bit surprising there's not much built in support for 2.5D

Interesting way to approach the theme too.

Yeah, I quite like 2.5D as way to slowly upskill on the 3D side of things–actually modelled some stuff in Blender this time, instead of just doing it all in Godot!

I’m still hanging out to start work on 3.5D games… if only I could find the time… :D

I've found that the jump from 2D to 3D really isn't that bad. It's just a bit more math, and shaders get a bit more complicated. Other than that it's almost identical.
