Okay, looks like I had downloaded the wrong one. The issue now is that it crashes before it even really loads. Like : select app>black screen>device home screen and an error message that says the app keeps stopping. Any other suggested fix?
Hmmm thought the most recent 64bit build fixed that. Make sure all the old files are off your phone, restart it, and download fresh from here please.

Great! Yeah some files might have stayed somewhere in memory without the reboot. Glad it's working now!

Started to work after rebooting
Did not work for me sadly. It did stay on black screen much longer before crashing if it's any consolation.
Got it to work. Had to do things in exact order. Delete files, completely turn off phone, redownload, play.
