Art assets are consistent with each other, but the art style is quite rough. Still I enjoyed it overall.

Music is legendary. Hands down the best music composition, arrangement, mixing in the competition. If you did this, well done, you should be working for Atlus on the next Persona game.

It is fairly evident that English is not your mother tongue from the dialogue. Lots of expressions and phrases that make little sense. I would recommend contacting an Anglophone friend to proofread your content before you make it public. It will really help getting your meanings across to an English speaking audience.

Another thing that was odd about the dialogue is that it's progressively appearing from the center as opposed to from the left. This felt uncomfortable to read. I would have preferred for the text to be all already there to the current design.

As for design and fun, this is a clone of point and click adventures of old. There isn't much to do in the game, other than grab the only food item, and feed the only animal in the room. The game is also quite short.

I don't know that you've hit the theme. Your game isn't the liar. Noah is.

An enjoyable entry, from my perspective.

I must admit that this isn't the art style I usually go for.  I am more into semi-realism, so it may be one of the reasons why it looks... weird. There is also almost zero shading. But I will practice hard to deliver a better art the next time.

Honestly, you are the first person to tell me it is this evident. But I will give it to someone to read it before I publish it.  I was thinking about doing so now, but I didn't find time to do so.

Now, after some days, I must agree about the dialogue and how the text appears. I won't do it next time.

But with the last point I disagree. The game is the one showing you something that isn't real. Noah never lied to you. Nor PC. The only character who lied is the game itself.

Thank you for your time and feedback, I appreciate it a lot!
