I tried in every way but could not, and when I tried to load the game again I was able to save my progress data, but I made a lot of effort. I don't know. Have you tried starting the game as administrator? Maybe there's something on your computer that doesn't allow access to your disc...

As for the saving problem, as I mentioned, it seems that there was a problem with my save files because I deleted the game and re-downloaded it again, and this time it worked normally and saved as before.
