I got stuck on the second level, so I don't have much to say.
Art&Sound: It's good, the "ballon cat" design is sick. It also lacks any sounds other than the music.
Mechains: Feel clunky and slow at times. The platforms have collision from the bottom, making it hard to jump in some places. Like I said, second level just kept killing me and I couldn't do anything about it, so for me there was nothing but jumping.
