The ambience/atmosphere was well done for the genre; creepy and scary. It really did scare me with the first monster.
Here's my feedback:
- The monster's sounds were too loud for my liking.
- If you move in diagonal (ex: forward and right), the player actually moves faster. Im not sure if this was intentional.
- There wasn't almost any feedback to player actions: picking up a key or ammo doesn't do anything other than increasing the text number. Also shooting enemies, I don't have any idea if Im damaging them or not.
- I think the HUD is a bit off playing on browser. the pointer/cursor/crosshair wasnt centered ant the ammo text was not on the corner. Maybe that affected the shooting enemies.
