I liked the art. Very consistent. The one exception was the menu and the semi transparent cursor. Very odd choice. I really liked the character's 8 different facing angles. Made the character feel alive.

Controls are fine for what the game is trying to do with one exception. When you have dialogue that appears over time, pressing Space should fill it in first, and then skip. Skipping right away leads players to miss possibly vital content.

Dialogue: you should run a spell check on it at least once before release. It's riddled with typos.

Music: loop is too short and becomes bothersome quickly.

Theme and Design: The theme has been hit quite well. Unfortunately, this is also one of the main reasons why the game is unenjoyable, from my perspective. It's the worst part of the old school point and click adventures: random detail hunting. I got to the third room, got bored, and quit. I think you could mitigate the problem a little by respawning the player in the current room, as opposed to the start.

Thanks a lot for your honesty! I will try improve myself and of course the game!
