This game left me speechless; truly Da Vinci has done it again, while angels weep that such a masterpiece will never once again be replicated...

The art is really well done--well rendered and stylish. There are a LOT of CGs for such a short game (and I will say that some of the CGs are adorable and some are...horrifying...) The stylized red and blue color palette for the background is stylish and suits the somewhat "cartoonish" nature of the game. The UI is very well-designed--clean and slick (and appropriately edgy). I love how self-aware the writing is, and the presentation of the narrator as a separate character that comments on the absurdity of what is going on is a stroke of genius. It really makes the player grounded in what is occurring and almost makes it seem like you're with a friend at a movie, laughing together at the crazy stuff that is happening.

The thing that surprised me the most about this game was the SHEER AMOUNT OF ENDINGS AND ABSURDITY IT HAS. When you think that it's going to go off the rails, instead it does a pirouette and smacks you over the head with a chimichurri steak before taunting you like your kawaii fairy godmother. And the endings truly run the whole gamut from "surprisingly wholesome" to "surprisingly wholesome except that they're bathing in each other's blood I guess" to "I have NO idea what's happening" to "my brain has left the solar system." It's a testament to the writing that, even amidst the sheer amount of absurdity, I thought that some of the endings were oddly heartwarming, and I even got a little attached to Yanette and Yancie as characters (Yanette for her absolute insanity, and Yancie for...being absolutely insane and yet also somehow being the sane one in the situation).

===SPOILERS BELOW===

My favorite ending is definitely the pineapple pizza one--the CG for that one was SO well done that it really sent shivers down my spine. Truly excellent body horror (or a very sexy CG I guess, considering how attractive you find pineapple-covered pizza with nipples).

My second favorite ending is probably the Vanessa ending, which I DID NOT SEE COMING AT ALL. I did appreciate the callback to Chimichurri, and I thought it was really funny to imagine a "Dexter-esque" serial killer who seduces other killers by...pretending to be a hybristophiliac.

My third favorite ending was probably Angelo/Angela...or the "boring" ending, *sigh*. I thought it was a really clever, meta look at the game as a whole, and seeing Angelo and Angela act so "sane" after everything that happened was...jarring, to say the least. It really put the craziness of the rest of the game into perspective (especially since, after a while, you almost got desensitized to the absurdity...)

Overall this was a really fun parody on "extreme dark romance!" With plenty of replay value...

of course i can replicate it i just need to make the same game and put wigs on the characters

More seriously, thanks for the feedback both here and during the beta-testing phase!! Overall, thanks for all your kind words on the more technical aspects!

I really enjoyed writing the Narrator i needed it for my sanity but I indeed hoped it was a way to make sure players didn't take it all too seriously because, in the end, this game is just meant to be an enjoyable mess, haha, especially since the game, as you point out, kinda goes all oer the place, the only common ground being "parodic take on dark romance and yandere trope" (with one notable exception, but you mention it in the spoilers part!).

-------- SPOILERS OH NO READER DON'T READ THIS BEFORE PLAYING YOU'LL MISS OUT ON A MASTERPIECE WASN'T BRINING DA VINCI BACK TO LIFE NOT ENOUGH --------

The pineapple was my favourite CG (now, was it for the nipples or for the actual art... mystery).

The Venessa was one of the first ones to be conceptualised actually! I thought it would be a fun reference for my more faithful players, while still being an interesting twist for newcomers!

For Angelo and Angela, it was guilt talking dvfdsdcv I kinda wanted to put everything into perspective and still find a way to go beyond the overall shitpost: I believe that fiction has to be, at least to some extent, responsible, and that's what I wanted to highlight there, so I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks again for all the feedback which I value a lot!!
