Loved this spy setup and really invested in the retro subterfuge. It would have been fun to perhaps dive straight into the codebreaking, with a little more interactivity build into the mechanics.

- A great take on the theme, and really interesting inspiration behind the idea of knitting codes. In terms of game play it felt like the intention was to have the player creating/ deciphering codes, but it seems like those mechanics didn't really pull together. This meant the game felt very thin on interactivity -I didn't really feel like I was involved in the story or shaping it as the player. The experience feels very much like it's on rails. You can make a few wrong choices, but will always just backtrack to make the right choice. But with a different approach, I could see some interesting potential for branching narrative, or surprising outcomes. What might happen if I got something wrong and passed along incorrect information? In a high stakes setting like this, allowing the player to get something wrong and seeing where it goes could be really intriguing or exciting. Overall, a nice entry with some solid writing, great art and an inspired take on the theme that had a lot of potential!
