A weird thing with the Training Centre is that although I should be getting 23/m (with Devotee Supreme), I rarely get that many. The time is exactly one minute, but I usually get between 13 and 21 each time, 18 or 19 is the most common.
Have you unlocked Professors and/or Sergeants already? Because their first Purrk influenced the Training Center in a way that newly trained Disciples have a chance to become Educated or Buffed Up instead.
