i notice when your rest is less than 30 theres a chance you accidentally fall aslepp and you lose 5 hours instead of 2 hours. i never tried going negative that far wow.

youre right. i tried your strat. after being between -100 and -450 rest my move speed was 3km, and only once i moved 4. healing rate went down to 4 for ending day. normally a lot more. i fell asleep but not that much. very minor set back for being tired.
