If you interact with those mannequin for a few times you will notice Ted call out there names. You have to interact with 7 mannequins scattered all over the map. Hint for the puzzle in somewhere on a board with all nurse photos. The amount of time they worked for is there sequence beginning from 0.

Do you get a dialogue about your neighbour messaging when you interact with those mannequin or do they change there color to grey?

I managed to do it, the last time I did it the mannequins' bodies hadn't changed color, I tried again and I noticed that the colors were changing until they were all gray like you said, thank you very much
