I don't see the prompt to continue to episode 11.2. I tried pressing "d" and loading from episode 10, but nothing worked.

We are sorry this happened to you. The only solution we found is to replay from a previous save that belongs to the human route. It may be a save from episode 10 itself (human route) but before the end of the episode poster. We hope it helps you and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please make sure it is the 10 of humans and not angels, because you will not be able to continue from there.
