Interesting concept! I like it after I figured out how to play

I had some troubles doing that because my peeple haven't started to work instantly. I still don't understand the timing when they start working and when they go resting. Is there some sort of schedule?

Also, does color of t-shirt mean something?

So the peeple have a time schedule:

before morning: eat

morning: work

noon: play

after noon: work

after work: relax

after relax: 

sleep


It's a bit complicated and I might surface that up soon when peoples schedule may be dependent on their jobs.


Color of T-shirt is just a random thing to help differentiate them. 

I am trying to make them a bit personalized and have their own strengths and weaknesses and whatnot

Oof, that's a bit complicated indeed. To me as a player some indication could help a little with that.

Personalized character is really big scope! It's getting closer to RimWorld and games like this. With clear goals of incremental games it sums up to a really perspective game!

Rimworld and Oxygen not included are definitely some inspirations I have haha.
