That intro animatic was stellar. It really set up the game well, but I couldn't work out what to do inside the pond. I thought there might be something at the bottom, and loved the way it got darker and darker, but couldn't figure the answer.

I feel like leaning on your storytelling skills might be the play here. Maybe he goes down and discovers a hole at the bottom of the lake, and carries on into more and more horrific scenes as the place gets darker sort of like The Descent, or a moody indie game! Whatever the plan was with the fish and minigame aspect, I feel like it would have distracted from the great mood you were able to setup. It put me in mind of frog fractions a little bit, and I'd love to see what the story of the rest of the game is!

as others have said; the opening cutscene was excellent. pretty cool visuals and it really got me intrigued and excited to play the game.

unfortunately, i had no idea what to do. a guide for the player, even a short sentence or two in the game description, would've went a long way imo.

the potential for a great game is definitely there though. well done! :D

The game didn't work properly for me. I couldn't collect the fish. Suddenly a large, white box appeared saying no fish could be found and had to restart and watch the intro for the third time, which unfortunately cannot be skipped.

I think the drawings are well done and the game world is simple but okay.

Liked the intro and the pixelart on it. Not sure what to do when diving..

killing the fish ends the game and not killing the fish you just swim around and literally do nothing.

The shop has no function. There is a counter for fish but i have no idea how catch fish with out killing the game.

Nice pixel art intro / shading on the character.

I have no idea what to do, and what the shop button does, etc.

What I did like was how diving deeper made the screen darker :P

I really liked the opening cutscene.

The gameplay was a bit hard to understand. It says not to kill the fishes but it seemed like that's all I could do.

But nevertheless, I really liked the main character and the awesome cutscene images.
