Starting controls were good and story was very interesting.  With little to no backtracking it was a good metrovania and thanks to the map I did not got lost.

Game was very bad about telling itself. I did not understand healing at first or the purpose of waiting. I think this skill also needs a lot of good level design to shine. I would accelerate the charge time the more player is charging for sure.

Air jump mechanics was hard to understand and even harder to execute.

Enemies were too small and was blending too much too the game art an outline would be good. Flying enemies were very hard to kill.

I got to the ending fight without collecting 3 scales? Was that a bug? I had recently got vines ability and was going up with it. Boos attack fireball also was not moving past platforms and by going under them I easily killed the red dragon. Thankfully game let me start from the last checkpoint and I can show you how I got there.

I enjoyed the game with some polish it could be a very good metrovania.

Hi Xentios, there were definitely some areas which could have had some more polish but we had ran out of time. The ending room and last boss fight is designed to be reached through the last scale but it wasn't a big concern for us if player's managed to find a skip.
