Honestly I don't think you need cheat mods since this is not a sandbox game and there's no wrong choice. The romance choices are pretty obvious since this is my first time doing this so I don't want to create something complicated.
I didn't include pregnancy in the main plot since this is an optional harem style game and having some of the characters get pregnant during the plot will really affect the way the story goes on if they're pregnant so I think it would just mess a lot of scenes up (considering many of them fight)
