Honestly I don't think you need cheat mods since this is not a sandbox game and there's no wrong choice. The romance choices are pretty obvious since this is my first time doing this so I don't want to create something complicated.

I didn't include pregnancy in the main plot since this is an optional harem style game and having some of the characters get pregnant during the plot will really affect the way the story goes on if they're pregnant so I think it would just mess a lot of scenes up (considering many of them fight)

Are you asking if I have a cheat mod for the game? Sadly no. I've seen a few unofficial mods in other places but I haven't worked on one. 

Yes harem is an option. There will also be multiple solo ending options. For example you can go for every LI in the game with no problem and when it's relevant, you'll get to decide if you want a harem route or solo route. Pregnancy will be an optional feature but it won't be part of the main plot.
