You have established followers. It is always possible to tidy up your profile like suggested above. You do have some control what is shown on your creator page. The age of your profile might be reassuring for some (including the follower number).
But ultimately, just do whatever suits your needs. Maybe you even need two accounts for tax reasons, depending how professional it gets. Pro youtubers churn out videos almost daily, so separate nieche accounts have more benefit.
