As for Ending 4, follow these steps:

For the Potion, choose the ingredient at the bottom of the screen for each of the 3 rounds. These should be: Ashgreens, Seablossom, Pure Light.

For the choices:

1. Sage must be dealing with something difficult.
2. "How are you feeling?"
3. Distract them
4. Distract them
