Consider deleting the settings file in :

C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\LocalLow\Momoirosoft\Our Apartment

Then try changing the setting again, if it crashes after that DO NOT open the game again, and post the log

The Our Apartment folder in LocalLow only has Player and Player-Prev text documents

This is possibly some kind of driver error as the messages apparently correlate to the graphics device being removed hence "887a0005". Perhaps consider reinstalling drivers after running a driver cleaner like DDU?

This can also possibly be solved by forcing DX11 mode "-force-d3d11" i don't remember where to put this though.
