I just fixed the issue. Tested too and made sure it's working. It'll be up with the next update in a few hours at most, when I fix the other problems.
If you accepted the fight, simply talk to Mia. If you refused the fight... you'll have to load a save prior to doing that.
I would never turn down a chance to beat women.I mean, a fair fight - of course. :)
