Edit: Tested both Taichi and Fabiana. Both work fine. Both entries get removed in top left corner too.
Not Fabiana, got challenged by someone for stripping someone naked in a duel once.When I accept her duel I just get matched against the transmutation guy again.Perhaps I should have clarified I meant second fight during the festival, sorry!

I just fixed the issue. Tested too and made sure it's working. It'll be up with the next update in a few hours at most, when I fix the other problems.
If you accepted the fight, simply talk to Mia. If you refused the fight... you'll have to load a save prior to doing that.
