Thanks for sending over that log file. Since it doesn't seem to be launching from itch.io, try downloading the game from the store page: https://cairn4.itch.io/mewnbase -> the mewnbase-win.zip (or win32 if you're on a 32-bit machine)

Unzip, and run MewnBase.exe - that should be all there is to it.
