The game is cool ! I liked that there are several difficulty. Some improvement on the UI is need but other than that the game is good!
Cool idea for the game and I like the graphics. You could show the score in the game over screen as well. This way you don't have to constantly keep an eye on it while playing :D and one more thing when you get score larger than 100 then the last number goes of the screen
Sometimes the character gets killed with no visible reason and maybe the player character should jump higher

pills being random makes it so it is also random if you will have even a chance to heal or not
