Aah that one, it's not gated, you can go back to the festival whenever you want.
the option disappeared after the the related festival event... I'll check again but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to go back and redo that event to unlock the scene.
Edit: after waiting a few weeks and checking again the option was back, ty.
Also I have to ask, how's the "new life" system coming along? I'm really interested in seeing where that goes. 😋 I've been out of the loop for a bit and got curious, so apologies for asking.
