Sorry that i thought the devs would be competent enough in the new version to fix the shit they broke in the previous version. There is no "testing" it. It isnt a demo, its an older build. I played the free version multiple times over the course of a few months and it never got updated. i got curious and wanted to see if they fixed anything in the new build, so yes i paid for it, and it turned out to be even more unplayable than the free version. Go be a nuisance somewhere else instead of hounding me for calling them on their scam and giving criticism on a terribly managed game that should have had great potential.

Yes, i really would like to enjoy this game so I paid for it hoping that the garbage that was even in the free version was fixed, but it wasnt. If anything it was worse. That's my point, the devs just keep piling on more bugs and glitches with continuous updates that don't work and don't bother to fix any of it. The fact that you're even defending these clowns of a dev team and their shit show of a game is wild.

I agree. animations are great, story premise is good so far, but its just buggy as all hell. crashing and soft-locking around every corner, scene transitions are laggy af. just dont even try to play this game in its current state unless you want to waste 2 hours of your time torturing yourself just to get to the new content. this game needs some BIG bug fixing patches and some general optimizations to make it feel less like a slideshow every time you click on something.

Pretty decent so far. Good animations. Game play loop is a bit too tedious, maybe increase the amount of points you get for getting an answer right?

Couple big issues: 

the menu has no button to return to the game(at least on android). 

It sometimes displays the incorrect amount of money. 

For some questions there are no right answers or duplicate answers that give incorrect responses.

Several errors(at least on android), some cause answers to be forcefully chosen.

Designated gift items aren't giving points to the respective girl.

Overall I'd give it a 6.5/10

No back button in gallery menu on android.

Animation was good, quality was decent, grammar was consistent. I think this is a great start. Only thing that really stood out to me is that its obvious where your inspiration lies. its really similar to dungeon in the labyrinth with the way the main character addresses others. Still good, but would have maybe liked to see it pull away a bit more and maybe seem less like the same character.

Did i softlock myself somehow? Says talk to yasuka at night but there's no way to progress time and the skip time button is locked. What do I do?

annoyingly enough I'm probably gonna switch to pc for this one because I use secure folder for all of my "adult" games on android (which could potentially be what causes the issue in the first place). Secure folder files are hidden usually to pc's I believe unless there is a way to find it i don't know about it. It sucks but eh 🤷‍♂️

Rename .zip to .apk that usually works but it tends to be buggy and not framed correctly. Top house does this with all their games for the apk version. No clue why 🤷‍♂️

yea I'd like to do that but even with the "Files" app it doesn't let me move or copy anything in or out of the data folder. Any way around this?

Got the data ported message, switched to part 2, started new game, was asked to import data, clicked yes, "no data was found". The file is there, I just checked. WTF. Is genex 2 looking in the wrong place?

This game is beyond buggy, its entirely non-functional. Its unplayable. I have no idea if its just the android build but its awful. I want my $10 back, this was an actual scam. 

The quest book doesnt work so you have no idea what quest you're even doing.

A lot of quests have you do them more than once just to progress.

The aspect ratio scaling is way off. It's stretched thin.

Saving and reloading resets your character name to "player".

Half the text is in Russian for some reason.

This is all in just the first 15 minutes of play. God knows how much worse it would be if I tried to keep playing. How can you even be proud of releasing a game this poorly tested. It's not even just random bugs it's the entire game breaking more and more every 2 minutes.

Also why is it a zip file that needs to be manually changed to an apk to play it? If anything that could be what causes some of these issues since manually changing file extensions can leave the app unstable.

Rename the zip file from .zip to .apk. dev really needs to add install instructions to the itch description.

Zip file right? Rename the file from .zip to .apk. it will ask you if you're sure and just click OK. This will change the file extension, allowing it to be downloaded as an apk. 

If you aren't talking about it being a zip file, use a different browser.

Having an issue trying to play the game through joiplay with a controller. Everything works fine aside from the menus. They freak out and it starts moving my cursor up and down or left and right until it crashes. It works with any other game, joiplay or otherwise. I tried disabling joiplay's gamepad plugin to see if it was conflicting with the game's gamepad support but that made it so nothing BUT the d-pad worked. Re-enabling it broke the virtual gamepad as well. After reinstalling, it's still not working, which means it wasn't an installation bug. I have zero clues as to why this is happening. I guess I'll have to just play without a controller for the time being until I find a solution...

Seems like a lot of the problems i was experiencing from the last patch/release have been resolved so far, i think. Even though they werent listed in the patch notes, whatever you did worked or maybe it was reinstalling the game that did it but the text is still an issue. I'm not talking about the dialog text box but for choices having white text on white boxes is not great. It may be fine on pc since you can hover your mouse over them to change the color, but on mobile it's awful. I should be able to read what my options are before clicking on them. Just change the text boxes for choices to black or a darker grey. Anything to fix this issue would be nice. Its such an easy fix in renpy (assuming this is in renpy) that I'm surprised it wasn't changed with this update.

Edit 2: can't continue Abbigail's story since it tells me to talk to her in her room and it tells me it's under development when I try. Every morning it loops and makes me talk to the secretary again and still doesn't work when I try to talking to Abby. I've tried all the other options as well as talking to her anywhere else but her room. It doesn't work.

It needs needs to store the game's image files somewhere and it needs access to them ya dunce.

I mean... it's a valid concern even tho I doubt the Trojan came from the game. Chill out, no reason to snap at someone who doesn't understand.

Fix the cheat code menu on mobile. I wanted to see what the computer did in my room and softlocked myself because there is no way to leave that menu once you are there since the keyboard blocks it. I dont have an auto save and need to restart completely. Tried opening the menu and opening the world map because maybe i could fast travel to the cafe to get out of it. Nope, just a useless map that when i closed out of it i no longer even get a promt to enter a code AND still cant close out of it. Really appreciate a system to cheat, which i cant even use, ruining my game. Thanks.

Ok, yeah i've been doing some reading up on what was supposed to be in this last update. Either the dev uploaded the wrong version as 0.2, or he's just straight up lying for no reason. It literally just ends after the quiz and there is no "quest" or anything new dialog after it tells you to check your messages. You're just stuck. DEV PLS FIX. I really liked the look of this game and it's a shame that there just isn't even a game rn.

I cant tell if i bugged it or thats the entire demo. What was that a demo of, if thats it? I don't understand what to do after the quiz.

If you do things in the wrong order you softlock yourself in the cave.

Do you still have to use joiplay to play this on android? I constantly had issues with joiplay crashing the last time i tried and kept losing my progress every 10 minutes. It cant be that hard to separate an rpa file from the apk so you can download it separately. It's how literally everyone else is getting around the file size limit for apks.

Ffs can you stop moving the save location? It's annoying as hell to have to either start over or back up my save everytime I want to update the game. Especially when dealing with the android data folder. Just let us update the game normally and leave it alone. I'm actually so done with this game because of this crap. I guess I'll re-install when you make up ur damn mind and i'll have to start all over... again...

Super slow compared to older version and it crashes constantly. Brother, i dont think Godot was the play. Its seriously overhyped and still pretty new. This was a huge gamble and its falling apart.
