Wow, this is amazing! I love it when media types go in the blender. You can clearly see that you guys are professional videographers. The quality of the whole production is amazing, especially for a one week game jam. Are you planning to make this into a professional thing and possibly sell these types of games? If so, you might have a fan :). I'm a sucker for old school point and click games and games with an unusual art style. One of my favorite games is The Neverhood, which is a claymation point and click game. You should check it out, because besides the clay it has a lot of similarities with your game.
Some constructive feedback:
As a professional game/visual designer it is my guess that your skills in terms of videography outshine your skills in game design and development. Or it could be time limitations, because having this production quality is pushing it ;). If this is the case, ignore my comments. There where a few small bugs and the interface design of the puzzles was of less quality than the video production in my opinion (not as sleak and stylish as the rest). I would have loved to have a bit more freedom of choice, like choosing the doors in the order that I want. And sometimes the puzzles were a bit too obvious for me. Like when the voice over hints at the clock. I loved the puzzle with the piano, but thought it was a shame that you put a ui over the piano. I wanted to figure that out for myself ;). I'm only so critical because I know you are professionals and I would like this level of feedback on my own game :).
Some bugs I found:
- Sometimes cursors would appear, but I couldn't click anything for a little whyle.
- Sometimes the question mark stayed while I think that wasn't the intention.
- When I closed the pictures on the wall (with the clock) screen I went to the piano screen.
Back to praising:
Congratulations on this amazing achievement. You can be proud and I'm sure you will have a great score on sunday! Please let me know if you are planning on releasing more like this, because you can count me in.
