Every second, the game just stopped for... we'll call it 100 ms or so, it was fairly noticeable. I'm not sure if it was some auto-save kicking in that wasn't being performant, or what, but it certainly made clicking buttons and such a bit frustrating as it seemed inputs wouldn't get noticed when it happened!

That could probably be it. I haven't found a better solution to the problem with saving on WebGL, but it totally works on the Android version. :)
