Hey Carlos thanks for the feedback!
I see that not being able to use the asset fully in your projects for free is a big deal, but unfortunately i can't make it totally free, i put a lot of effort in my work, and that's my single and only sources of income!

I understand and agree with you, but it doesn't make sense to put a free version if you can't use it in a commercial game project. You should just put it paid and that's it.

It makes total sense to have a free version!
Obviously you'll have to pay to use on commercial projects, but it's also cool to have a free version where people can test the tileset and use on a variety of different ways, the most obvious ones being gamejams, personal projects or simple a way to test the tileset before buying the full version.
