This is like 90% irrelevant and I may just be losing my mind, but I swear there is no "chapter 23 start" screen. Once again, might be losing my mind, but I swear it just goes from the chapter 22 start, throughout all of chapter 22 then skips the 23 start screen, goes through all of 23, and then goes to the chapter 24 start screen.
