There's not really specific endings, more variations depending on your actions with each girl.

The devs got another game Tropicali but that has less of a focus on a grand story.
I'd recommend The Last Sovereign if you want a grand fantasy epic, it's recently finished which helps.
If you want great character writing then Pale Carnations,a lthough thats a lot more hardcore in its fetishes than OoT.
